General

WE ONLY MAKE LEGAL NUMBER PLATES. WE DO NOT SUPPLY SHOWPLATES. THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE DVLA AND UK LEGISLATION WILL BE COMPLIED WITH FOR EVERY NUMBER PLATE WE PRODUCE, NO EXCEPTIONS.


Cancellations and Orders

You are solely responsible, as the purchaser, for ensuring that all the correct details are entered when placing your order and submitting. Errors cannot be corrected after we have accepted your order. Our number plates are personalised goods, you cannot cancel your order once we have accepted it, which is when your order is received and the payment processed.
PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED FURTHER IF YOU CANNOT SEND US YOUR ORIGINAL PROOF OF ENTITLEMENT / ID AND COMPLY WITH OUR TERMS OF PURCHASE.. ORDERS CAN’T BE CANCELLED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED


Ordering, Delivery, Post & Packing

• When you order from us you are ordering a number plate to fit to your current vehicle registration. We cannot assist you with a new or new, personalised registration number.
• The orders are posted at 4:00pm on the day that we receive the original documentation and have confirmed that you hold entitlement for the registration number you have requested for the number plate.
• We have made it clear that we will only send you number plates that comply with the law, however, please be assured that if you make an error on the plate designer (e.g. spacing) we will alter this to meet with the legal requirements. As previously stated we do not make illegal number plates but if you would like to find out more about the DVLA rules you can visit their websiteDVLA Rules.
• Although most orders are generally received within 24/48hrs from the date we receive your original proof of entitlement and personal ID in the post, please allow up to five working days for delivery.
• Postage : As standard we offer Royal Mail 1st Class Service signed with a cost of £4.85 (up to 4 plates)

Proof of Entitlement and ID

• When placing orders we will request and verify your registration entitlement documents and your ID. Once the order has been paid you will receive on-screen and email order confirmations for your records. • WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT ORIGINAL DOCUMENTATION, WE CANNOT ACCEPT PHOTOCOPIES, SCANNED OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC VERSIONS OF YOUR DOCUMENTS – THIS IS A LEGAL REQUIREMENT !! NO EXCEPTIONS.
• As we are an online business we can only deal with recorded delivery of post to the above address as we have the ability to take delivery at this address. Please do not send your documents to our registered address as we may not be available to take delivery and the documents may be returned to you by Royal Mail.
• PLEASE NOTE: THE COST FOR POSTING THE DOCUMENTATION TO US WILL BE RESPONSABILITY OF THE CUSTOMER..
• We will not dispatch any orders until you have submitted the requested proof and we have verified that you own or are entitled to use the registration. If you refuse or are unable to produce the requested documentation within 30 days of the order received, we will consider that you have chosen not to continue – this will not entitle you to a refund other than the postage not used.

Minimum Age Policy

• We are sorry but we cannot accept orders from any customer who is under 16 years of age..

Payment

• Premier Number Plates LTD and our Barclays / Realex Gateway secure payment service providers use the latest technology to protect your credit card information. Please be assured that we do not release your information to any outside organization, the process is automatically accepted by the customer at checkout, we do not process the payments manually and for security reasons we can’t see credit card details.

Non Delivery of Plates:

• As previously mentioned we would expect you to receive your plates within 5 working days, however if you do not receive your plates within 15 working days please let us know so that we can take up the matter with Royal Mail and issue new plates for you.

Returns Policy

• I’m afraid we do not accept returns if you changed your mind as our number plates are personalised products made specifically for your order.
• Premier Number Plates LTD wants you to be happy every time you shop with us. In the unlikely event that the product is faulty or has been damaged during delivery, please let us know by email as soon as possible and we will be happy to send you a replacement in the same style/design of the original order. Don’t worry you will not be charged for postage or any additional handling fees. Note: we only refund postage costs to cover 1st class signed service.

Cancellations Policy

• IM AFRAID WE DONT OFFER CANCELLATIONS. WE ARE NOT OBLIGED TO GIVE REFUNDS FOR OUR PERSONALISED ITEMS IF YOU DECIDE NOT TO PROCEED WITH THE ORDER. IF YOU STILL WISH TO CANCEL, WE WILL THEN REIMBURSE POSTAGE NOT USED TO THE CARD YOU PAID WITH WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS.. Show Plates / Signs

• We do not make show plates or custom signs, we are a supplier of Legal Number Plates and we will space the registration as the LAW requires.

Number Plate Designer

The plate designer is for illustrative purposes only. Whilst the finished number plates will closely resemble the number plate above colours and image sizes may differ due to limitations in the display of images and colours on a monitor or when printed on rear yellow number plate.

Disclaimer

Please be aware that all of our number plates are for legal use on the public highway and conform to the British Standard BSAU124d. It is your responsibility as the purchaser to display in accordance with the Road Vehicles Regulation Act 2001. All Number Plates sold are subject to the terms and conditions as detailed on our website.
